I think the flipped classroom can be a good idea in a few circumstances but it usually does not work. It is very difficult to engage students outside of the classroom. I think teachers often use the flipped classroom to save time but if a flipped classroom is done correctly, the lesson planning should take longer than the average lesson.

I really liked the powerpoint assignments. I did not realize how easy it was to add audio into a powerpoint. I really liked this feature because it made my powerpoint more effective because I could explain myself more.

Adaptive technologies can support many diverse learners. The main point of adaptive technologies are to translate information into a medium that makes it accessible to someone. For my independent learning project I created a "meet your teacher day" flyer in photoshop. I used creative commons images from bing for the graphics and created the text on my own. I used a different different lay for each section of text so that I could manipulate the spacing, font size, font, and colors.
